My experience

Before launching Clancy Consulting, I spent over a decade in talent acquisition, leading recruiting strategy at companies like Wegmans, Wayfair, and Lewis Tree Service—from beloved family-run businesses to hyper-growth tech and high-volume field operations. I’ve built recruiting functions, implemented new systems, and led major overhauls of outdated hiring processes.

Along the way, I’ve also been deep in the work as a recruiter—sourcing candidates, running full-cycle searches, and filling everything from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions. I know the hiring process inside and out because I’ve lived it—doing the work and building the plan.

I’ve also worked one-on-one with job seekers—coaching them through career changes, building stronger resumes, and preparing them for interviews with honesty and heart. Whether I’m supporting a business or an individual, my goal is always the same: to make hiring more human, effective, and real.
